The site would then be uploaded by the designer to the hosting server, any future changes would necessitate the designer making the changes on his computer and then uploading again.
Joomla! changes the above quite significantly because the site is built and designed ON the hosting server. Users and administrators are granted log-in to the back end to add, edit or remove content. Any changes are INSTANT!
With the advanced packages we still build your site and design it for you, we put a few basic articles on it. You will then spend some time being trained by us to use the back end. Don't worry, even when we have trained you we continue to give you the support and backup you require.
